  • Nursery 1: must be 3 y/o
  • Nursery 2: must be 4 y/o
  • Kinder: must be 5 y/o
  • Grade 1: must be 6 y/o
  • NHS: must be 15 y/o and above

  • Report Card with LRN

  • Good Moral Certificate

  • PSA Birth Certificate

  • Baptismal Certificate for Catholics or Certificate from Pastor/Minister (Non-Catholics)

  • 2x2 Recent ID Picture
